Unlimited Aftercare

1) three individual aftercare sessions with the provider(s) of your choice (in person or on the phone),

2) unlimited face-to-face group sessions and activities at Reunion, and

3) lunch or dinner (or both) if you are onsite at meal times.

You may attend the 8:45am group, the 2pm group (does not occur every day), workouts or yoga at 4:15, the evening activity at 7pm, and weekend workouts and activities. If weekend activities have fees involved (e.g., to purchase admission or a meal, or rental fees), the discharged resident is responsible for paying these fees. Please let us know at least one day in advance what activities you will be attending.

The transition out of rehab is sometimes challenging. Sober living can be helpful but this course of action is not feasible for everyone. Our experience has shown that having unlimited aftercare is valuable.  This aftercare can be used at any time, but it is especially valuable right after discharge, or after a slip.
